Xbox One Elite Controller Question

I read on IGN's review that the new xbox elite controller doesn't come with a plug & play kit, and so I am now questioning does it have the function to be rechargeable? Does the current plug & play kits work on them? Or is there one due to be released which
will work with them?

What's the deal? Can we get some clarity on the rechargeable status of the xbox one elite controller please?

I'm thinking to sell my old xbox one console and get a Special edition.

I want to keep my elite controller so my question is...

can i use my elite controller in a new xbox one S Console?

You can use the rechargable battery from the Standard X1 controller on the Elite controller.

Anybody know where to buy one or availability. E-Bay has them at over inflated prices , Game has no pre order stock or Microsoft store, but they are on e-bay with Game boxing showing before release date HOWS THIS lol.

Brought the controller from amazon uk for £119 and also a charging station with rechargeable battery for £ 23

as you can use the old rechargeable batterys but the covers don't fit elite controller has a different battery cover to the normal contollers

i know this is his question but he said elite controller to a adapter not a regular xbox one controller on the link it says how to connect adapter from pc to xbox one controller he needs a elite controller adapter because all he is finding is regular xbox
one adapters to pc which he stated do not work for his elite controller

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
