Xbox one elite controller problem

I was about to send this via email cause I don't want to be interpreted as a pressure method but I could not find a valid email !!!!!So I will post it here

So far all these year I got great support on my faulty products-not the case here.So here are my complaints.

I bought the xbox one elite controller via ms store, by phone at Mon, Nov 2, 2015 from the Holland store, cause it was on high demand and I could not find it here in Greece.

I even paid extra money for the courier to be sure that it will arrive without any problem.

After me 4 of my close friends(from Live) bought one too.

3 out of for of those controllers , have now a problem with the grey rubber surface on the back of the controller. It has come off.

So this is a know thing, it can not be a coincidence , it happen to us so I am sure it will be a known problem to the support.

MS told me in order to get a new one (as it is in the warranty) I have to send it abroad first, they will check it and send me a new one.

The problem is I only have one controller. I dont want to be without a xbox for 15-20-30 days or whatever, since this is definitely not my fault.

• I asked if there is a store in Athens that I could take it (I live 300km but ok..not prob) and get the new one -NO
  
• I asked to send them pictures, videos to show them that everything else is ok , so they could send me first the new and then send them the faulty one..-NO
  
• I told them to have the courier guy to check it - NO

I find all this unacceptable. I want to use my xbox, its not my fault, its a faulty product and I am been punished by the way your warranty works

I have all the day-ones xboxs, I got the elite controller probably from the firsts in Greece, I am a customer to MS for years now and so far I havent got a problem like that.

I am really disappointed, I wont send my only controller before I got the replacement, I was ready to travel 300km to replace it, but no. I have to stick with the faulty one.

You advertised the elite controller as more durable , so I paid 3x the price to get it, but when mine failed your warranty procedures where not up to the asking premium price

And i bought this FROM YOUR STORE. To get it from the "source". But I guess if I got it from another store, it will be easier for me to get a replacement.

All these leave a sour taste and makes me question any future purchases .

Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition stops responding

So, I see we are the only two people with the Xbox One X that are having this problem. One question I have for you, are you using the Elite controller? It seems Xbox support has no answers except to power down, power up, reboot the router, make sure everything
is upgraded, on one leg and swing a rubber chicken over your head, etc... The only time I have this problem of no response is when using the Elite controller with the X. When I switch over to the standard controller I have no problem. If I use the Elite on
my Xbox One day one edition with the Elite I have no problem.

Unfortunayely it's a factory issue, i do not have this problem with my elite controller but 2 of my friends have it.
