    Xbox one elite controller not repaired?


    I recently sent my elite controller in for repair or replacement since the thumb sticks started getting a really bad stick drift. My controller is under warranty until December 2019. I got the same controller back and it was unfixed. I don’t know why but
    i find this irritating that they sent me back a faulty product. I just shipped it out today again to see if they would really fix it this time or replace it. If anyone knows why this happened please let me know.

    The official warranty period for "accessories" (xbox one elite wireless is under that label) is 90 days, you're correct. Controllers wear out, and that's not avoidable BUT the elite and newer models are built with the past in mind.

    Please take a look at this page about troubleshooting and repairing your elite controller:

    And if you can't get it to work after that, please go to:

    support.xbox.com/.../servicing-elite-controller

    And finally, if you need to get it repaired out of warranty, please see this page to order a repair or replacement and go to "replace an accessory." There will be a fee but I'm not sure of what that might cost.

    Have you tried connecting your Xbox Elite controller to your Xbox One console via USB to force a sync? If that doesn't work, it sounds like getting your Elite controller repaired will be next option. Here is information on
