Xbox One elite controller not connecting to my Mac air m2

I can see that you are having issues connecting your Xbox One controller with your MAC. I understand how frustrating that can be. To help you with this issue, I need to ask you a few questions:

- Have you tried updating the firmware of your controller using the Xbox Accessories app on your console or PC?

- Have you checked the battery level of your controller and replaced the batteries if needed?

- Have you tried resetting your controller by pressing and holding the pair button for 10 seconds?

- Have you tried removing any other Bluetooth devices from your Mac AIR m2 and restarting it?

- Have you tried connecting the Controller on another device? Does it work?

Is there a difference between the Bluetooth on the Elite and the one on the regular Xbox one controllers. My other controllers connect without an issue, but not the Elite.

Hey Mac,

Thanks for posting here on this xbox forums. The Elite controller does in fact have a 3.5 port for the headset. All accessories should work with that controller as well, including the charging stations.
