Xbox One Elite controller keeps cutting out... and so does my normal controller

Hi, as DerVaddi says they do feel different. Just been pressing my buttons on elite and normal controller. The elite does fell smoother and not as clunky as my normal controller.

its out of warranty clearly.

warranty does not re-new if they replace controller.

Xbox controllers are the best in my opinion. The Elite controller is a different ball game altogether. That is totally overpriced and it will fail and stop working way quicker than a normal controller. So not worth the money.

The Xbox 1 controller is for sure better than the Xbox 360 controller. I also think the normal controllers have a longer lifespan than the elites do so in some ways, the normal controller is better than the elite too.

My Elite controller grip is also coming loose. It seems to be pulling out from the seam behind the right trigger. This is the fourth controller I've had to buy and given the price, had hoped it would be the last. I was in contact with a Microsoft support
representative about the initial controller drift issues 3 years ago and the communication abruptly cut off after they had offered to replace my controller. The Xbox One Elite Controller was announced not long after that.

I think MFS is being released for xbox so the controls should be designed for an xbox controller, so a normal xbox controller should work. If you own an elite controller or one of the newer release controllers then you will have the ability to remap the
controls to suit your playing styles.
