    So I'm having quite an issue with my controller here. I haven't had it for all that long, and the silicone/rubber grips are starting to bubble and peel off. They also seem to be stretching. I know this can't have been something on my end, and I'm not the
    only one that has been having this issue. I've tried contacting live chat support but I've just been given the standard "cut and paste" answer of " I'm sorry, but the warranty has expired." I'm quite frustrated with this, as the warranty is only a ridiculously
    short 3 months, and this problem literally started at 4 months. This is obviously a manufacturer defect, and there are many people that have had this issue. Is there anything that can be done?

    Check reviews. Majority are bad. Most of the grips come off and buttons break very easily.

    Looks as though it was made to break.

    There is nothing anyone in the forums can do. If the warranty is up and you have already been in contact with support about the issue and they have declined to any support because of the expired warranty then there is not much else that can be done.

    u will get no help here. it's a defective product that they know about but won't admit. congrats on buying a $150 defective controller.

    3 Month Waranty? That is way to short time for waranty? I know there is a law in Europe for High Tech Example Controllers, Console and phones.... a minimum 2 years Waranty most are 3 years. By the way yes its true that the rubber get off way to fast and
    the R3 and L3 are also fast defect and i give you aanother 1 month till you will admit this issue. It's better to buy a Scuff so than you know what is Quality but Scuff is only American so its American Waranty. Microsoft products are also in normal Stores
    so they have standard rules of the country where you bought your stuff... So sorry for you to buy that thing.
