Xbox One Elite Controller Disconnects Constantly

I have an elite controller that constantly disconnects. I thought the controller was going bad (had it for a couple years) so I bought a new one. Still having the same issue. I have read this may be a WiFi interference issue but can get any details. So now
I have $300 in controllers that don't work.

Controller keeps disconnecting

I bought a new controller the other day, and at first it was working fine but now it disconnects constantly. 5 to 10 times every hour or so. Whenever it disconnects, we get disconnected from xbox live and our other controller disconnects too. I've hard
reset, and resynced the controller, but nothing helps.

 

Xbox one problems

1-The controller disconnects constantly, I've already changed it and it continues to do the same;

2- Its constantly disconnecting from xbox live, I can not play online at all, it is always going down

Wat do u mean make sure the console plug in th wall? How is this going affect the controller, both my elite pads cut out

 

do you try on other console??

 

try syncing guide as recommended. Also try to connect controller to different xbox if possible. If it will be without problems, there will be problem with your console.

 

Try power cycling your console by holding down it's powerbutton for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.

It helped my with this problem.

 

You have actual update on gamepad please?
