    Xbox One Elite Controller Broken


    Hi,

    Recently my L3 button on my Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 1 stopped working. I have tried to contact Microsoft about it but yet no answer and their website will never register my device nor load to let me talk to someone. I even went in to a Microsoft
    store and they couldn't do anything for me because it was a series 1 and it had to be serviced online (which never loads or works). Now my controller is out of warranty and Microsoft will do nothing to help me other than try to scam me out of a new series
    2 controller which I shouldn't have to buy. Is there any advice or someone I could talk to from Microsoft directly about this situation?

    Hi,

    if they are broken you always got your warranty, you can go back to the store where you bought your Xbox one Elite controller.

    I think that the controller is durable and shouldt be easy broken.

    None of my Xbox One controllers have broken (5).

    I now have an Elite and it is just as good as the day I bought it.

    I'm sorry that you've had this experience. You can put in a service order for controllers including the elite controllers.
