Xbox One Elite controller broken for third time

I have sent to be repaired my elite controller for three times. First, the left stick blocked forward. Second, the left trigger broke. This is the third time I am going to send it because buttons don't work correctly and remain pressed or half pressed. I
won´t complain about Microsoft technical service because they let you send the controller with no questions, a worker comes for it to my house, for free...

I don´t know if they send me the same controller or a refurbished one ...

But I am starting to feel tired of this situation, frustrated because I bought a controller which is supposed to be "better" than regular controller (but it isn´t, those work). Some friends of mine has it and they have no problem
with it, so I am starting to think if it is posible that it´s faulty, but are all the controllers faulty? Is it the same again? And when I tried to send a mail to technical service to tell them this, I did not find where or how do it so here am I posting it
in a forum with hope that THIS IS GONNA BE THE LAST TIME I HAVE TO SEND TO BE REPAIRED MY
EXPENSIVE ELITE CONTROLLER.

For now, I would never recommend it to no one and I regret to have bought it, even if they repair it for free, because the controller has been more time travelling to technical service than at home.

Xbox elite controller xbox scam. Don't ever buy elite controller.

I bought the Xbox Elite that came with the elite controller, i took care of the elite controller like it was my precious, never drop it or anything, then after 10 months the RB button bumper broke due to the use i guess... then i call xbox support and they
told me the elite controller only has 3 months of warranty. only 3 months? WHAT, so what should i do with this broken 150$ controller? They told me they cannot fix it or replace it because the short time warranty. They told me i would have to buy another elite
controller, Are you serious xbox? The elite controller should be indestructible! is a 150$ controller how can this happened? And how xbox don't give more warranty time to the costumer, at least AT LEAST a year for such expensive controller. The controller
works perfectly fine is just the RB bumper that is broken, but now is trash according to xbox support and i have to buy another one. This is not fair xbox, you are playing with kids feelings here. I've been a costumer for more than a decade buying all xbox
products so you guys can tell me that there is nothing to do and that i have to buy another 150$ controller and for what? If i buy another xbox elite controller it will break again because they are cheaply made, is not true they are made with the best parts,
that's not true they are made with plastic that is easily breakable, trash. Don't ever buy a elite controller.

 

I have an issue with Elite controller as well and the replacement I was sent stopped working 3mo after I got it but it is OUT OF WARRANTY so I am stuck with a $150 paper weight. I am done with Microsoft. I had surgery and I did not have time to play or resolve
this issue in their time frame, life got in the way, and i happen to be less than a month out of warranty so no help from Microsoft. They only wont your money and then your out of luck. Time to try PS4 and see if they are any better.

 

I came here in hopes to find answers but instead I found more people with problems and no help. I bought my Elite controller hardly four months ago and it was my baby. I kept it inside of the case when it wasn't in use and one day I tried to log in and I
was able to operate my joysticks but my buttons were unresponsive. I had to contact support and we narrowed it down to being the controller. The freaking controller that came with my Xbox years ago was my solution. Really? I paid THAT much money for four months
of usage and my old hunk of junk is the one that's still working? Ugh... If you guys have any tips, please hit me up.

 

Tomorrow this controller is going to be sent to the technical repair center. Since I posted, it got broken the trigger. A kindly customer assistant has told me that every time a different controller has been sent, so I suppose not only one but three controllers
were faulty. I am having the worst luck or there is many faulty controllers...

Anyway, it seems like I will be out of warranty as many others of you. In the meantime the problem remains and is getting worse (two problems this time instead one): buttons and trigger.

But I am wondering... if every time a different controller is sent, Don't you think that a warranty should be offer for this one? of course I am not asking for one entire year warranty, but when your car get broken and a piece is changed, the atelier gives
you a some months warranty, don't they?

Microsoft should think about caring their customers while they still have...
