    In the Accessories App for the Xbox One Elite Controller under the Trigger Sensitivity section which is the max threshold and minimum threshold.

    • Trigger sensitivity. You can customize the sensitivity of your triggers by adjusting their maximum and minimum ranges. You have two options for customizing your triggers: with the hair-trigger mechanical switch on your controller, or with the Trigger
      sensitivity section in the app.
      The Hair Trigger Lock switch works great for shooting games, because it reduces how much you need to pull on the triggers to fire. They may not work as well for driving games, since you need the accelerator to go the full distance for maximum acceleration.
      Adjusting the trigger sensitivity comes in handy here. You can change the max and min thresholds for the triggers. For example, if you shorten the max distance, you'll get to maximum acceleration with less pulling
      of the trigger. Try setting your two slots differently and adjusting in real time to see the differences.
    Solutions

    To solve this issue, try the following solutions.

    Solution 1: Switch to full trigger

    If you've switched to hair triggers, the travel distance of the trigger is shortened. Games respond differently to this customization. For example, if you’re playing a driving game and the accelerator doesn’t seem to work, the shortened distance of the hair
    triggers is preventing full acceleration. To fix this issue, try switching back to full trigger.

    If switching back to full trigger fixes the issue, don't use hair triggers for that particular game, or use the customization features of the app to adjust the minimum and maximum travel specs for the triggers. For example, set the minimum travel distance
    higher than the hair trigger level, and then test in your game until you're happy with the response.

    Thanks, although the video is from more than a year ago - around the time of release of the controller. Also, the Accessories App updated to the latest version when I first plugged in the Elite Controller. I only see the presets, with no function to customize
    curves from scratch.
    If you are referring to the Trigger sensitivity, you can can customize the sensitivity of your triggers by adjusting their maximum and minimum ranges.

    To customize the triggers, you can use the hair-trigger mechanical switch on your controller or with the Trigger sensitivity section in the app.
