    Hello, today i bought xbox elite 2, LS and RS buttons are not working, when i remap LS button to paddles i can sprint in game with paddles but LS and RS not working, i have updated controller. Im playing on PC

    Sounds like the controller may be faulty. You should send the controller back to where you got it from and either get a replacement or money back.

    Is the same problem on the Xbox? It is under warranty and the best thing is to return it as suggested. I know that waiting is a pain these days, but It must be done.

    Can you remove the controller of your app and reconnect it? The controller is full charged? The xbox app have also a test function to try all buttons.

    If this fails, I think the the controller is faulty.
