XBOX ONE ELITE CONTROLLER 150 DOLLAR RIP OFF

let me start off by saying ive had my xbox live account for 10 years and never had been this frustrated with any other xbox product. I paid 150 dollars plus tax for this controller and the left bumper breaks in 4 months, so I call Microsoft to see if they
cant repair it or replace or refund me or anything but nope big middle finger to the face. This is the only xbox product I truly regret buying if I knew how quickly this thing was going to break I would have just purchased 3 controllers for the same price.
This is the first time I have ever been so angry and upset with an xbox product I actually went and posted on fourms and wrote negative reviews about it. Don't make the same mistake I did by buying this controller its a rip off I might switch over to sony
when the next gen systems come out just because of how Microsoft sold me this product then did nothing for me when it broke in such a short time. I took very good care of this controller too theres not reason that it should have broke.

Xbox One Elite Controller - Faulty Bumper

This is one of the reasons why I'm holding off on getting the elite controller. MS has burned us before. I refuse to drop $150 on an "elite" controller than is in some cases worse than the basic $60 version.

You can in fact always get your products repaired even if you no longer have a warranty for it, I bought my controller a couple weeks after release and have no issues with it. Everyone else that I know that has the controller doesn't have issues with it.
You can't speak for the entire community saying it's a bad buy when you're one of the unfortunate who's controller has gotten defective.

If you're out of warranty you can still get your controller repaired, but you'llneed to pay for shipping and a fee for the repair itself.
