Xbox One Elite Console power supply makes noise

I just bought the console of the Xbox One Elite and realized that it was making a noise that increased as the position of the object changed. The noise is very loud, even messing up the games. Is this normal for an Xbox One console to make noise? Could it
be just the fan inside the fountain? Thank you!

power supply buzzing/clicking noise

I noticed my power supply to my xbox one was making a buzzing/clucking noise. I got the power supply replaced from the store I got my console from think there was a problem with it. But the new power supply makes the same noise. I went to 2 friends places
and there's doesn't have the sound. Is this normal or should I be getting it replaced again

Thanks for your post. Use this guide: Xbox One Power Supply Solution to troubleshoot your Xbox One's power supply. If the power supply is
making a noise it could be an internal fan that could have something lodged in it or ringing from one of the power supply's capacitors. If this issue persists or gets worse, the power supply may need replacement.

Is the noise coming from the console or from the power supply? I had an issue a little while back and it was actually the power supply that was making all the noise, I replaced it and everything has been good since.

If nothing helps it would be good if your able to borrow a Power Supply from a friend to see if ifs the Power Supply or the Console that has a failure.

hi i found out it was dead unknown cause of that power brick got new one but this one power supply wont stop making noise

Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. I would like to clarify a few things, is this an Xbox One, One S or One X? Also, when did this noise start happening? Have you attempted to change it to a different outlet to see if it makes a difference?

One thing I would suggest for now meanwhile we gather more information is to try to reset the power supply on the Xbox.

To reset/refresh power supply follow these steps:

Power off your console by pressing the Xbox button for 10 seconds.
Unplug the cables from the console, wall outlet, and power supply itself. (wait 30 seconds)

Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step lets the power supply reset. Make sure you unplug the power supply unit from both the wall and your Xbox One console.
Firmly plug the power cable back into the electrical outlet and the power supply and turn on the Xbox.
