Xbox One Elite Console and Controller Issues

I recently bought a console Elite Bundle but have been having some issues since.

1) The controller very occasionally disconnects then reconnects instantly, but enough to pause the game or ruin a multiplayer game.

2) My Elite controller will read low battery when using a recharge pack but when using rechargeable batteries it is fine. I can then move the pack and put it in a standard controller and it reads a full battery

3) *biggest issue* When I am recharging a pack by using the USB cord, if I remove the controller from the USB cord with the Xbox on, the controller can no longer connect to the xbox. The light on the controller stays on but the controller doesnt work. Sometimes
a resync works but rarely. I have to do a hard reset to get the controller to work again.

4) The 3.5mm jack works with standard headphones (I can hear sound) but using earphones (iphone) with a mic, I get a high pitch buzz and it is unusable. I have tried many iphone ear buds and all give the issue. If I plug my turtle beach in, the mic cuts
in and out and my friends cant hear me. BUT if I use the adapter on the elite controller my turtle beach and iphone buds work fine.

EB have said that I can swap it over but I am interested if other people have this issue or if it will be fixed with an update. I don't like taking things back but will if I need to as it is under warranty.

Also, has anyone else noticed that the controller is buggy when using instant sticks setting?

Xbox One Elite Controller Issues

I just upgraded to the Xbox One Elite and have been having issues connecting both the elite controller and older controllers. Controllers will only connect to the Xbox One console after a hard reboot, after that, if the console is shut down, they won't
reconnect until another hard reboot of the console is done. How do I fix this? I read the Xbox One controller FAQ page and tried all that without any luck.

In order to sign up your Elite controller for a warranty repair, go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and if not already done so, register your Xbox One console.

Click on the Xbox One console, and choose that you have issues with an accessory. From the accessory menu, choose the Elite controller.

When you are asked for the controllers serial number, you can find that inside the battery compartment of the controller.

 

I have been noticing in the last week that 2 times so far I am playing a game and there would be a message that comes up says something to the effect, "please reconnect your controller" even though the controller was still on. That has been the only problem
I have with the Elite console/controller.

 

I have done a hard reset recently and so far so good. I did try a hard reset before and it didn't work so I don't know why this one has help. We shall see.

 

Since my last post, for some reason I had to connect the wire to the controller for a couple of weeks in order to play anything because for whatever reason, even though the battery for the controller was fully charged, the controller would not stay on without
the wire connecting it. It was like I didn't have a rechargeable battery or any batteries in it at all and wasn't getting any power without the wire. In the last day, I unplugged the wire from it to see if it would let me use it wireless and so far it has
been working without the wire but I am not sure how long that would last. I
