Xbox One Elite 2 Wireless Controller Repair

I sent my controller back to Microsoft but just now noticed an issue with the reasoning for repair. I accidentally selected that the bumpers/triggers were the issue when it was actually the Left Thumstick. I've tried searching for a way to update my order
details but have found nothing at all.

Also I need to change the shipment address as I am moving to a new location in another province in Canada. How can I update the address as well?

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:
