Sorry, but your made up numbers weren't close at all. You said each X1 counts as 2.5 360's running at full speed when in reality the X1 only takes slightly more power than even the most energy efficient 360 model. 2.5 x 88 = 220, which is nearly double the
120~ that the X1 actually uses at full load.

Tests were done well before the X1 was even released to the public and the results have been around for a while. All it takes is a simple Google search for "xbox one power consumption".

I am on a program with my Energy company where if i do not go over so much energy my bill is free!

My X1 is on all the time, i just ran it all night due to falling asleep watching tv, this happens alot specially on non work nights.

My bill has been free of charge for the last 5 months, ever since i joined the program.

Your X1 is not the culprit.

I am not sure how spread out PG&E is but but i know in most surrounding states there is other energy providers.

This newest installments to the programs they have though are much needed as in most of california PG&E is the only energy corp.
