    Hello everybody ,

    i have a xbox one , i really take care of it but i have a scary problem: when you put a disc inside it takes it smoothly but when i eject a disc, it's not as smooth as when i insert it , it is like the disc ejecting move is bugging , i mean it's not
    as normal move as when inserting its doing it jerkily.

    Does the console do this with every disc? Is there any noise when it happens? Have you had any damage to your discs when this happens and how long has it been going on?

    If you are very worried about the drive dying you should look into setting up a warranty repair for the console.

    Firstly thanks for the answer..

    Yes this is the same with every disc, the move does not work normallyand the noise is jerkily.

    Im going to keep my One a little bit , i have a 2 years warranty . I did not know really how long i have this issue, i think since i have the one . I did not notice it before because i did not change a lot game...No damage on my disc

    Hey there Aleph,

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. You should be able to manually eject the disc if it is in the consoles disc bay. Go ahead and follow the steps on the following support article to eject the disc.

    Manually eject a disc from Xbox One

    If no disc comes out then it is either not being done correctly or there is no disc in the console.

    Give it a try and let us know if this has helped.
