Meu xbox one não acessa os apps de edição de avatar. Clico no app , aparece a tela verde com o símbolo, porém fecha em seguida, voltando para a tela inicial do videogame. Alguém saberia resolver?

Our next suggestion here, as the Avatar Editor came from an update it is best to perform maintenance on the console in regards to updates.

This suggestion is to perform a soft factory reset on the console by selecting keep my games and apps:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files

Note: This step will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

Try this step and let us know if the issue was resolved or if further assistance is needed.

When a soft factory reset is performed, the operating system will be refreshed and updated. As long as you know your Microsoft Account information everything is linked such as any purchases, games, saved games, and subscriptions.

If you would like to make sure, try logging into the Xbox website
to review the profile and ensure you have everything for the troubleshooting step.
