Best thing i can advise would be get xbox gamepass as there's around 200 games on that.

There's usually a deal where first time subscribers get the first month for £1/$1 so you can try plenty of games to see if they are to your tastes & not have to worry about wasting money.

Forza Horizon 4 is on gamepass which is a brilliant driving game which pretty much anyone can play & it has loads of options to make the game as easy or as hard as you want.

I use 4th. Old tag name and easy for people to call out when communicating in game with randoms. I wish more people would use easy names for that purpose.

I would just set the gaming level to the easiest levels on just about any FPS - and get used to the game. As you play you will get better and better. You should naturally progress. Try any Halo, Destiny 1&2, Borderlands, Any Battlefield, Gears of war.
Another tip is to find some new friends on xbox live and play in co-op with people willing to let you learn and get comfortable with the game.

What have you played already? Some games are very different and you might need to find something that allows difficulty changes.
