    I have had an email saying i have been selected and should have a code however i dont have the code please help

    No love for day 1 users?

    I know Nintendo did an awesome ambassador program when they F'd up with the 3ds Launch. it would have been cool for the xbox one to have a program similar to that. I think a perfect soloution for the xbox ambassador program would be those members get additional discount on games on the xbox marketplace like lets say 5%-10% extra. Ah well what's done is done, but they should have had a program for early adopters to return their kinects though

    Download the day 1 update ahead of time

    It really is that simple. I received an Ambassador email last night. I'm currently on the Xbox site answering people's questions.

    The code hasn't come through for my wife either, perhaps the ambassador forums will serve you better for updates

    I had the email and no code, so I replied to the email saying such and below is the reply
