Xbox One/EA Access Promo didnt received my code

I checked my email and my message on my xbox one and still didnt received any code. Can you fix it please.

My FIFA 17 EA Access Promo Code Expired

I pre-ordered FIFA 17 and received a code for one month trial to EA Access. However, I didn't redeem it immediately as I was already an EA Access member for about another month or so and I had heard the codes for EA Access don't stack, so I didn't want
to risk overwriting my EA Access membership.

Today I went to redeem my FIFA 17 promo code, but it said it expired 10/14/2016 and it didn't work.

Any way to get a new one month EA Access trial code?

My friends received an access code for a free one month trial of ea access and they didn't pre order any games, While I preodred the delux edition of NHL and didn't receive any code. Ibe talked to EA and they said if I talk to Xbox I'll get a code. I did
talk to someone and didnt recieve any code so I'm getting really mad that I'm not recieving a code

 

Still waiting. Start to be *** off by microsoft who throw me everywhere without a clear response, Last time they show me here to have a fast service... Can anyone help or i just made a big mistake when i bought a xbox one instead of a ps4???

I'm not sure what location you are in, but there is an EA promotion for Canadian users that has had an issue getting their codes sent out. According to the sticky posted by Official Staff, these codes have been delayed, but should be out in the next couple

I know, short story, I wait 45 min with Microsoft and they tell me to go check with EA because they dont know the promotion.... EA told me to go back with Microsoft... And Microsoft only told me '' Hey, post your problem on the forum'' Sorry but poor customer
service.. So I see the stickey posted about the EA Access problem. On january 28, they wrote on the sticky the code are send and if we didnt received it, just start a post and they will fix it... Almost every other post got help, except mine...

I dont want to be the grumpy one, but since i bought my Xbox one, i have to make several call because my xbox gold dont work, the EA access problem and one of the game i had when i bought the X1 didnt work. I hesitated between ps4 and X1.... and to be honest,
I dont have the best experience right now.

In order to receive a 1 Year EA access code, you would have needed to purchase an Xbox One console., which is what the sticky HyruleBalverine linked earlier is in regards to. If this thread is in regards to a different promotion, could you send us a private
message with a screenshot of that offer you see?
