XBOX ONE E106/E105 STARTUP ERROR

I have had my original Xbox One for 5 years exactly now. No real "issues" until now.

Every time I startup the machine now it gives me either an E106 or E105 error. I have done the factory reset, it did not help.

What's the next step repair the box or get a new one?

I had the same problem as you, factory reset wouldn't fix it either. I did the offline update and it finally started up right. hope that will work for you too.

offline update. If that doesn't work you can get it repaired and set it up on

Device support, it will cost between $120-160 USD. You also can invest into a new one.

Tried that still doing the same thing error code E106 00000009 c0000102 dont know what that means

Error E106 occurs when you try to turn on your console

You see one of the following error codes when you try to turn on your console:

E106
E106 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx

Note The “x” digits vary.

Solution

To resolve this problem, use the Xbox One startup error troubleshooter:

Go to the
Xbox One startup error troubleshooter.
Scroll down the screen and select E106.
Follow the instructions in the troubleshooter.

If this error can't be resolved through a factory reset, your console needs to be sent in for service.
