Seeing that you are a microsoft agent maybe you can tell me how games such as this are allowed on gamepass when they can destroy a console like has happened to me? I dont mean to put you on the spot but I do feel it's not good practice where people who have bought consoles lose these consoles due to a game downloaded from a subscription provided specifically for that console?

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried all the methods listed to solve error E102. Thank you for the advice on how to cancel the subscription it is appreciated.

I performed a full reset and was able to download a game to test. It worked and I started downloading everything else when I then ran into system error E105 which after a soft reset changed to E102.

I did receive the e102 message after pressing to restart the console from the troubleshoot page. Then e105 after pressing to reset and remove all data.
