xbox one e100 error after preview dashboard early update

ive been in the preview dashboard for a while and had no real problems. 4 weeks ago i got an early update on the preview dashboard and got a e100 error after updating. i power cycled but nothing fixed it. so i finally set back to factory default and kept
my games and apps, it worked but i had another update today and same e100 error popped up. this time it didn't go away until i fully restarted my system to factory defaults. anyway any idea if its the update or is it the console just going bad?

Here's my problem

Every time I turn on my Xbox one I get an E100 error (E100 0000070D 8B050001 to be exact) I have tried both of the offline system update files but here's where it gets interesting, when I try to do OSU2 I don't get an E100 error, I get an E101 error. Any
ideas, help or suggestions?
