    Xbox one dying light won't pay


    can someone please help... Downloaded dying light the following enhanced edition (disc copy) and downloaded update online. When you click on the game it shows the title screen and the goes right back to home screen.

    I have reset the console a few times

    I have tried hard reset

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times

    I have tried clearing cache

    Pretty much everything short of a factory reset which I really don't want to do but heard it fixes the issue sometimes.

    Nothing helps this game won't start but every other game works fine..

    Anyone have this issue and actually resolved it????

    Are any other games or apps having any issue? A factory reset (with the option set to keep all games and apps), might help and won't require them to be reinstalled.

    Wow you've run thru almost all of the troubleshooting that we would have normally done here! I'm really sorry to hear you're having a problem, and seeing a factory reset didn't even correct this issue I would suggest reaching out to MS Tech Support directly
    as I believe this is an issue a bit more in depth that they'll need to assist with.

    Xbox Support. Give them all the information you have about the situation and I'm confident they will remedy the situation!

    Ask one of your friend to try and install the game on his console, maybe the disc files or license is corrupted. But I really suggest contacting Xbox Support directly as there isn't much we can do for you here.

    Wow you've run thru almost all of the troubleshooting that we would have normally done here! I'm really sorry to hear you're having a problem, and seeing a factory reset didn't even correct this issue I would suggest reaching out to MS Tech Support directly
