Xbox one DVR not loading

My game DVR isn't loading. Its just sitting there loading with the circle doing its thing for over half an hour. I did everything from uninstall games that I no longer play to deleting some of my old DVRs that I had uploaded to my OneDrive, but nada, still
a hanging loading screen. I tried powercycling, logging out then back in, completely shutting down my controller/disconnecting it from the xbox, and then turning it back on. I even unplugged my xbox like one person suggested in a previous comment pertaining
to the same issue. Nothing worked. I need a new solution... can somebody help?

xbox live storage error code 0x87c40156 game dvr

Unable to access Game DVR app from Xbox One. Loading hangs up and eventually results in error message "Something Went Wrong" with error code below:

There is a problem that affects the loading of clips made by Xbox DVR?

When I put the clips to upload to One Drive, they simply do not carry.

It is static at 0% and not being sent to One Drive.

I can't believe that I actually got around to solving this problem before This admin team here on this forum. But I found a fix that requires you to uninstall an incompatible program with your DVR. The Microsoft editing studio or whatever-its-called was
the issue. After I navigated to my apps, and uninstalled it, I received an error code after I initially restarted my xbox, Something about an update. I had a connection with XBL at the time so it wasn't a connection issue, and then I restarted my system a
second time, but this time I gave it a few seconds to completely shut down, and then after powering on I immediately navigated to my DVR and waited a few seconds. then BOOM, it was like magic, it suddenly worked. I then went to work at creating more space,
though I don't believe that was the root cause of the issue. Let me know if this works for anybody else that has been having this issue, so that we can confirm it, and mark this problem as solved.

This Error Code means that you have to many Clips/Screenshots uploaded to Xbox Live and Xbox DVR fails to load them all, so you need to ether remove some Clips/Screenshots from Xbox Live (Those Clips/Screenshots will still be on your Console, just not on
Xbox Live for anyone to see) and if that doesn't fix the DVR Error then you have to delete some Clips/Screenshots completely both from Console and Xbox Live to fix this DVR Error so Xbox DVR will be able to load your Clips/Screenshots about For Honor and other
games.

The help menu on Xbox One states:

To record what's about to happen:

Load your game, then launch Game DVR.
Select Start new clip. The Game DVR app records for up to 5 minutes, then adds the clip to
My clips in the Upload app.

To record what just happened:

Load your game, and play as usual. When something cool happens and you want to record it, launch the Game DVR app. The easiest way to do this is by saying, "Xbox, snap Game DVR."
Select End clip now and choose how far back you want Game DVR to grab. You can grab up to the last 5 minutes.

Sounds to me like simply saying "Xbox, record that." only records the last 30~ seconds of what previously happened, whereas what you needed to do was the second option that I listed.
