Xbox one drops to dashboard in between loading games.

I really wouldn't know myself.

Again though, my wife had this happen on her Xbox One and everything else worked on it for a quite a while after until it had it's accident.

I'd guess it's just a bug if it's the same issue causing it as what my wife had.

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the games in question?

Maybe give Xbox Support a call and see what they say/think.

 

I believe this to be a software bug as it happens every so often on my games and they are all digital downloads.

Yeah if you could try loading a few different disk based games without quitting to see if you have same issue as I do and update on this thread I would appreciate it

 

Why would you load a few games without quitting the one you were playing ?

Yeh i had a software glitch when swapping discs. Never been something i have noticed before but there is deffo something up. MAybe it was caused by the last update?

 

Thanks for that makes me feel much better about my xbox. Its not like is a problem I just feel better knowing mine is not dodgy.
