    Xbox one dropping connection every 30 seconds to 1 minute


    Hi Techsupport,

    This issue started 3 days ago, i have been unable to play any online games, apps or download anything substantial on my xbox for 3 days.

    ISP: Virgin media

    Router: Superhub 2

    Wireless - 2.4Ghz Same problem

    Wireless - 5Ghz Same problem

    Wired - Same problem

    >Download speed - 52.24 Mbps

    >Upload speed - 6 Mbps

    >Packet Loss - 0%

    >MTU - 1480

    >Latency 32 ms

    >Wireless strength 90%

    >NAT - OPEN

    You can see that my xbox has been unable to download anything, compared to previous dates... 'Current usage' fluctuates between 1kbit/s and 0.00 bits/s

    ONLY effecting xbox one... My laptop, ps4, phone etc are working flawlessly.

    >Things i have tried:

    >* Factory resetting router

    >* Hard reset Xbox

    >* Static IP / Firewall rules

    >* Switching between Wireless modes / wired

    >* Switching wirless 'modes' between 54Mbps, 144Mbps and 300 Mbps.

    >* Putting xbox IP into DMZ in router.

    >* Checked Xbox server status: OKAY

    >* Checked service status for Virgin Media: OKAY

    DCing from Live every 30 minutes

    I'm home for the holidays and have hooked my 360 back up. But every 30 minutes I'm kicked off Live, ruining my BF3 fun. It used to DC me every 3-4 hours in the Summer but now it's 30 minutes. I've got an Open Nat and using a wireless connection. Any Ideas
    why I'm dropping from Live?

    Xbox Live disconnects during every game I play.

    Xbox One - having same issue. Started maybe 3 days ago. I lose connection for just a second (enough to drop me from multiplayer:/ ) and then it connects right back up. It happens roughly every 15-30 minutes. Argh!

    pThat router has some "known issues"......

    Known Issues

    This Gateway will sometimes cause issues connecting with cloud based games, resulting in a timeout with "Unable to join session" status message. This is due to the Gateway being configured to disable IPSec Pass-Through by default. IPSec Pass-Through is required
    to establish multi-player sessions. To resolve this issue, you must enable IPSec Pass-Through on the Gateway..

    check that , also , just to make sure its not a "profile issue" , I would delete your profile , then re add it...

    PLZ help me i cant connect to xbl and have the ports open.

    Try to unplug the router and plug it back in at 30 seconds to 1 minute and should fix the connection.

    If we do the first wave for 7.5k xp, duppending on the map it should only take around 30 seconds - 1 minute. So if we keep restarting wave one then 75k xp every 10 minutes... sounds interesting XD

    Exactly. One of the more frustrating parts of it is when I do the Test Xbox Live Connection Tests, it finishes within a minute, if even 30 seconds, with no issues. But if I even think about signing in to my profile, or anyone elses for that matter, I'm disconnected
    within 30 seconds to a minute of connecting to XBL.
