Xbox One drive not opening

Hello,

Yesterday my xbox disk drive stopped working. I hold my finger in front of the Xbox but it won't open. I tried these tips:

But to no avail, does anybody have any tips on what I can do for my xbox one? I've only had it a month so it's a bit of a pain, is there a manual way of opening it or control or something?

Brand new xbox one noise

Update not fixed buzzing opening/close or clear cache of xbox one... Stilo here again..

Just added a newer issue... The bluray disc drive now spinning forever!

Xbox hard drive not recognized

I've never checked my hard drive before, but after opening it's storage slot, my 4GB Xbox Slim doesn't have a hard drive. Do these models not come with HDs installed?

Needless to say, I'm pretty surprised it doesn't have one in it.

Hey there -

If your Xbox One console's disc drive is no longer functioning, your console is likely in need of repair. If you are within your local retailer's exchange/return window, you should start with exchanging your console through them. If you need to send it in
under warranty, you can initiate that process via the >>Online Service Center<<.

So I hit the select all option and chose the export to one drive option.

Opening the one drive account with the same email as my xbox account, the captures are no where to be found. Any suggestions...

What I do to trigger an update that won't download is Open your disk drive, Turn off the xbox(make sure disk drive stays open), Put disk into disk drive, Turn on xbox. This will close the drive and automatically trigger the download.

But the xbox hasn't been tampered with

The dvd drive was stuck so I took it to a shop for repair - other than that, no one's opened it.

If you have enough space on your external HDD, copy everything there from inside the Xbox.

Make sure your saved games are in the cloud. Then on the new one just set your default drive to the external

Open Settings on the Xbox One.

Open the System tab.

Select Storage.

Select the internal drive.

Select Transfer.

Select items you plan to transfer. If moving all items, choose Select all.

Choose Copy selected to copy the items between drives.

To move the items, select Move.

Choose the Ext. drive.

Press Copy or Move to transfer.

After transferring your games to an external hard drive, plug it into the new Xbox One.

Stored should appear in your library.
