Xbox One = Dreamcast

They really *** the pooch! I love both and have both but spending 100 dollars more for a machine that can't match graphic resolution is nuts...

How can you compare the x1 to the Dreamcast? It is the Sega Saturn. Launched at the same time as the Playstation. Cost $100 more. Failed. Sound familiar?

Also the Dreamcast died because of easy software copying. Quake3arena was awesome on it. Played very well. Again Dreamcast died because of pirating so you know

Saturn died because of the confused consumers and the Sega just before had attachments that did about the same,thing and also different manufactures made it. Causing a huge confusion on what to get for which system and everything. Basically it made u able
to upgrade your old system. So umm ya not the same....

Personally that's not at all what I'm thinking at all. Right now I'm thinking something along the lines of, I can't wait for the full release of Titanfall.

Anyways, I'm usually not an early adopter of consoles because of the fact that they often run into issues right after release but mine was free so I have no complaints in ending up as an early adopter. Already changes have been made in response in adding
features people have been asking for. Even though most of them are small they can be seen in tho most recent system update. The xbox One isn't in it's prime yet and probably won't be for a little while longer which is fine by me. It will have the games I want
to play and that's all I really care about.

The Xbox One is a fine gaming machine, resolution be damned. A console is only as perfect as it's owner believes. Personally, I think the GameCube, N64, and Xbox 360 are perfect consoles because I had a wonderful time, and that's what it's all about end
of the day.

The thing that killed the Dreamcast was that it had absolutely zero copy protection. You could literally just download a game, burn it to CD and play it on your console.

Also graphics aren't everything. Yes they are important but if the game as a whole is poor then all the good looks in the world won't save it, yet a poor looking game can easily be saved by great gameplay (just look at Alpha Protocol.)
