XBOX ONE DOWNLOADS

My Xbox one has stopped working and instead of getting it serviced I am thinking of upgrading to he Xbox One X. My question is how will I be bale to transfer all of my downloaded games to the new console since I don't have access to the old one? Will I
just be able to sign into the new console with my account information and be able to download then?

Change the download order on the Xbox One

Hi Faction, you can't reorder but you can pause a games download so you can move the game you want to be download first to the top. Simply go to my games and apps, from their you want to go over the game currently being download and hit the menu button on your xbox one controller. From their you can hit pause download to stop that game from being downloaded. Then the Xbox One will move on to its next downloadable game.

Yes. Once you sign in you can redownload them through your Games and Apps. If you have them downloaded to an external hard drive, you can also just plug that into the new one and you'll be ready to go.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. Yes! Any games that were bought digitally to your account are always carried to that account to whichever console you go to. All you have to do is redownload that profile to the console and go
to your my games and apps section. Under my games you can see ready to install and you'll see all your digitally owned games available for download. I hope this helped answer your question.
