Xbox One downloads unbelievably slow

I am downloading an update for a game and im getting 2-12 mbps max. Ran a speed test and my my got my normal 55+ mbps. All apps are closed.

To fix this, simply go to

1. settings

2.Storage

3. HDD (Hard Drive)

4.Press Y

5. Clear System cache 3 times

If this does not work unplug your xbox and plug it back in 10 seconds later. This to your Xbox is a complete reset. Hope this helped!

Xboxlive is always gonna be slow on DL depending on time of traffic and release of download I assure you its not you it is, xboxlive servers, but just to make sure of your speed trying testing your speed here:

That's what I think, the problem is he's had so many problems with Halo that he's about to throw in the towel and ask for his money back. (pre-order download didn't work, his second download went unbelievably slow etc)
