Xbox One downloads and updates

I am looking for someone to go to the dashboard on their Xbox O ne console and follow my instructions which are basic and most would do regularly any way . First using your controller push the guide button while at Xbox One dashboard and go to settings,
click settings and scroll down to system . If done correctly you should see a setting called Updates and downloads located to the right underneath the first setting which on my Xbox One X is Console info . Please click the setting Updates & downloads . On
my console at the top of the page I can see the words System Updates & downloads . If you are seeing the same thats great you are now where I need you to be. From here it is going to get tricky so please read carefully . My console is set to automatically
keep my console up to date as well as my games and apps , both are checked with a ticked box . I also have allow remote installations and allow mobile management also checked with a ticked box . At the moment I have No console updates available it is greyed
out , but I am able to go to latest console update status located underneath . If I click on that I have access to System Update info. This is what my info reveals . Last updated 25/02/2020 Then Last automatic update check 27/03/2020 Then Latest status Update
successful Then Installed language packs English Australia Finally underneath that is a question Whats new Please click on it . Xbox assist swings into action I am relieved to see Xbox Live Status is experiencing no issues , not only that but that question
