XBOX ONE DOWNLOADING STUCK AT 0.0%

Hi, my name is and I regularly game online. I download all my games and apps online digitally

Yesterday I seen that a game I play often, Minecraft, had a new update. So I went to install it right away like I would any other time. But to no avail as the download didn't even start.

I would click on the game to open it, have the xbox tell me there's an update, press download and bam. Stuck.

I have looked far and wide for a solution but nothing has worked. I can install other apps and download other game updates just fine, Minecraft itself seems to be the issue.

I have deleted and attempted to reinstall the game but in the store it almost immediately stops and says "Error" with a refresh button.

I don't know how this has happened for this to be caused.

I need help please!

I have checked both and everything seems to be fine. What I don't understand is how that I have installed two more different games and Minecraft won't download. Very confused.

There is a lot a load/stress on servers and service at the moment and this is causing service issues. It might be better to wait to an off peak time to try and download. Have you check twitter for service status updated https://twitter.com/XboxSupport also https://beta.support.xbox.com

Just wanted to let you know it has been two weeks and this is still occurring. I cannot download Minecraft at all.

It just says "Something unexpected happened,"

"Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again later or restart your device. That may help."

Which I must say, HASN'T helped.

This url is a thread of 200 people that has the exact same problem as me and it seems it was never answered and locked. Can I please get some assistance from somebody? 🤦‍♂️

it will only change the # for how many Kbps like once every minute, but the progress is stuck at 0.0%

My app was not unlocking any rewards so I uninstalled it and now it won't reinstall it's stuck at 0.0%....
