    I've realized today that Diablo 3 was downloaded to my console without me paying for it or starting it. Anyone know what I should do?

    Why are digital prices high?

    Bing rewards make trade ins irrelevant for me. I still haven't paid out of pocket for a single game on Xbox One.

    Yes check your account make sure no one else can use it to purchase and check your bank statements also get onto support don't delay doing this better safe than sorry.

    -Have you added anyone to your "family" on the xbox one or the Microsoft account page?

    -Are you a child or parent of another xbox account?

    Another possibility in addition to the ones mentioned above, if you have a different console set as your "home" console and someone bought and downloaded the game to that one, the game would show up on any console on which you logged in.

    If it is telling you to pay and you have either paid and downloaded premium, paid separately for second assault or China rising, then the problem mostly likely is you haven't installed them.

    I had the same issue, I paid for premium, went to the store downloaded it and such then did CR and SA. Nothing would work- said I had to pay for the maps to play. Then I realized all I did was download not install. Went back to the game icon clicked on
    addons and installed each one.

    If you have your xbox backuped then you csn restore any lost games and downloads without the need of downloading the games again. Go to backup and restore in the menus. If you haven't got it backuped you can always download the game you have previously
    paid for again.
