    Xbox One downloaded game problem


    When trying to play downloaded game, message appear saying, Do you own this game? ( which I do own) . Then message options are xbox store, cancel or help. Why is this happening?

    Hey there Mrr Jamezz! Can you tell us a bit more about the issue, when do you encounter the disc unreadable error? Upon initial start up? Is it only a problem with one specific game, if so which game? Is it a games on demand? If it is a disc copy you my

    this still happens today lol.. And the support can't do anything about it... Not for me atleast.
