Xbox One - Downloaded game crashes.

I got my Xbox One on the release day and have had no problems with it till about a month ago. I'm in the UK and play tons of games but i have recently started experiencing issues with my downloaded version of FIFA 14.

After playing a game online or on kick-off, the game regularly crashes, the screen turns black and switches to the home screen and i have to reboot the game again. It's become a pain as i can understand happening every once and a while but its happening
multiple times, is this just me or is it due to a bug in the new system update or something?

What can i do to stop this from happening?

Xbox One problems

I have an Xbox One with Master Chief downloaded and AC Unity on disc, they worked fine until about two days ago where Halo began to crash on title screen and AC unity would crash as soon as I went anywhere near multiplayer, I've done hard resets, re downloaded
games and deleted my profile but nothing works, any help would be much appreciated in order to fix this issue, thanks.

 

Almost every game I download does not work...

I've downloaded demos..games..dlc ..you name it and I've never had a problem until now. I download fight night champions..game always said disc couldn't be read I downloaded the new gears of war demo...crashes Xbox on start up I downloaded GTA San Andreas
...disc cannot be read I downloaded red dead redemption...freezes the Xbox before anything, sometimes I get past main screen sometimes I can't even get past the original loading screen.. I downloaded SSX ...played for one day then it crashes like the rest
I downloaded halo 3....what do you know..that one actually worked Now I've redownloaded all of these over and over..nothing Called support...told me to buy a new hardrive.. did that..redownloaded everything and still nothing Tried hardrive on a different Xbox..still
nothing.. I've looked everywhere and nobody seems to have an answer for this

 

Try power cycling (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) the console as that helped me when it was happening on mine, but unfortunately it doesn't resolve it 100%.

I think my friend and I ended up playing 10 games for the Online Friendlies Season achievement, where you only need to play five...

It's incredibly annoying, but hopefully the power cycle helps you out. Not sure what's causing it, but it may be related to the game rather than the OS as for me it's the only affected game - how about you? Is it just FIFA or are other games affected too?
