Xbox one Downloadable content purchase issues

Evening folks,

Just tried to buy the watchdogs season pass, it errored out 3 times before seemingly going through.

I've been charged £15.99 , which has been taken from my Microsoft account balance and have an email to confirm purchase.

The issue nothing downloaded to my xbox one , and going to the season pass again under the add on's section it attempts to charge me £15.99 instead of being listed as purchased.

I logged in at xbox.com and apparently there is service issues, have i been *** out of £15.99? will the season pass change to purchased once the game officially launches in the UK on 27th May.

I've also tried to purchase the titanfall season pass which is currently listed for sale again returns an error, asking to try the purchase again don't seem to have been charged for this one yet.

I did have a chat from someone at xbox chat who confirms it's showing as purchased but seem's to think it's in a freeze state until the game is actually released? any weight to this thinking as he had me clearing bluray cache and mac address etc

Downloadable content and games are not compatible between the Xbox One console and Xbox 360 console. If you have purchased downloadable content for the Xbox 360 and would like to use it on the Xbox One, you will need to purchase it on the Xbox One.

Sorry you're having issues with your purchase. You can verify all your purchases at
https://billing.microsoft.com. If you see the purchase there, then you do in fact have that item you bought. You can redownload the game or addon by following this link. View and download game content and add-ons on Xbox One

You may indeed have incurred some error buying content for an unreleased game. Now that the service alert has cleared, try going into the Store again and see if its price has updated to Purchased/Download/Install or similar. Also try power cycling the console
(support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) and go back into the Store to have a look.

There should be no issues with Titanfall's. Try again now that the service alert has been taken down. If there are any issues, let us know the exact error code and message.

 

When xbox or Microsoft was have problems with the generator I was trying to download call of duty ghosts with a prepaid code when I was trying to buy it it said I needed a credit card even though the prepaid code pays for the whole thing it said I had $56.89
before I added in my mom's credit card then it changed took some Microsoft money from the prepaid card and left me with $2.50 and it never downloaded what should I do?

 

I have issue with purchasing DLC such as cards for GTA V and cars For Forza Horizon 2. It saying I have to change the privacy and security on the Xbox One and there is no tabs to click and says i have to change it on here. I tried and I can't figure out
what to do.
