    First off, not being able to contact anyone by phone is stright garbage! You should always be able to call a company to get help. Thats extreamly poor in my opinion . Its bull poop . Then, why do my xbox have to download a game i previously downloaded?
    Every action takes 10 minutes or more just to play your own game. I dont have a game pass because i dont play that often, but when i do, why is it so long and difficult????
