Xbox One Download Speeds are being throttled.

So for a long time, I have noticed Xbox like to give you 50% or less of your actual download speed.

I am writing to see if anyone will actually tell me there is a cure for this.

I have tested this on Multiple consoles in multiple places on different internet connections and the results are always the same.

Many people spend lots of money on different routers, cables, modems, and upgrade their internet connection just to download the newest game or even a 33gb update.

I currently run a 1GBPS Internet connection that is wired with a CAT 7 Ethernet cable.

The HUB is receiving the speed perfectly which gives my laptop and other devices 900mbps +

The connection sometimes even goes as high as 1600mbps.

Now for many in the same situation. We pay a premium price for this connection.

But when a lot of Gamers pay this premium just for gaming. Many do not get this speed on the console.

The console is fully capable because people with even 100mbps speed get throttled to half.

Yet I can get 350mbps

When I test the speed on the Xbox it shows 600-900mbps.

But as others have found when you go to download I get 200 to 400 Mbps max which is less than half.

Microsoft are obviously throttling people's connection otherwise millions of people wouldn't have the same problem.

Please correct this Microsoft!
