Xbox one download speed issues need adressing really SLOW

Hi can anyone help me out here my download speeds are really slow iv''e been intouch with xbox been through all there steps and they still cannot find the problem iv''e also been intouch with my isp and everythings fine on there side im on 215mbps download
and 12mbps upload 8 month ago or so my speeds were fine when i checked on the detailed network statistics now when i check they come up 55mbps download and 12mbps upload the uploads fine thats what i get but when i download a game its really slow its been
like this for over 6 months im paying for a service and im not getting the full benefit of it when i check my speed at speedtest.net it displays 200mbps to 215mbps with 12mbps upload which this is my full speed i constantly get these speeds through speedtest.net
but when i check through detailed network statistics its bad really bad iv'e read and heard loads of people complaining about this and to me this is a major topic also i heard they had released a update for those people with high bandwidth connections so that
they could download at upto 80% faster i have'nt even seen any major increase like that to my download speed on xbox nobody wants to be waiting around hours to play a game or whatever please can anyone address this issue things need to really change before
i order my xbox one x couldnt stand for things to be the same on that genration

Need help with internet speeds

my current speed says 768k, 1.5mbps , 3mbps, downloads speeds up to 3mbps. I know thats really slow but what do i really need for xbox live what upload speed download speed do i need? is up to 10mbps download speed up to 1mbps upload speed enough? thanks

Really slow download speeds

In addition to what Badkd404 has said did you have any other devices downloading content via your router? eg someone watching netflix or also downloading a game for example.
