    Xbox one download problem


    Hey! I bought minecraft off the store the other day and it doesn't seem to download at all.. Keeps coming up 'sorry, that did not work for some reason. (0x80070002)' and I have tried the reboot the console.. But Nothing! ..I do have enough memory on my
    xbox as I have only used 45.5% of it.. I have turned off all my apps to see if it would download but still nothing... I also have a strong internet connection? So that also can't be the problem? The money has also came out my account So it's not like I don't
    own the game.. But it is Really starting to annoy me!

    Does anyone have any other ideas how to fix this?

    So then purchase the game on your Xbox One instead of xbox.com.

    I've put xbox live on for 1st time in few months to get thief but even though the price is 0 it's asking me for credit card details. And xbox.com not letting me download it because it needed me to update security details now that's blocked it for a month until it updates.

    By time it updates it will be to late

    Has any percentage of the game Installed? if so, try completely uninstalling it from the 'manage game' options (Press the menu button to bring this up when the minecraft tile is highlighted in 'my games and apps') and attempt to re-download it

    Also if you follow this link, you can search for individual error codes and possible solutions

    I bought a xbox one in the bestbuy store, in Kissimmee, FL, with promess code to redeem forza 5 free. It was stamped at box. Went it tried to download, nothing happened, so i came back to retailer and asked for my code, wich had to be in the receipt and
    wasn,t. The manager says that was a xbox problem, and not retailer trouble and that i had to seek xbox to receive my promotional code.

    I,m in trouble, because i bought exactily to get Forza 5 to my son, and now, he is crying and asking me for other brand to grant that game.
