    Xbox One download and upload speed are too slow


    Hi, I have an issue with the Xbox One. My download and upload speed are too slow ( 2Mbps, when normally both are 20 Mbps) and i can't play online well because it lags. On my PC the connection is perfect. What should I do?

    Hi it could be to do with your upload speed being too slow. Please can you add your upload and download speeds.

    very very low

    yout upload is higher then your download

    are you using a 3g connection?

    are you sharing a connection?

    its very unusual for a download speed to be higher then the upload speed unless its a shared comnection where one is using too much traffic like downloading a lot of things

    your speed test tells us otherwise

    speedtests tests your connection and ping against the nearest test servers you are under a mb per secthat Is too slow and everything you download not just xbox live will time out

    Why do I keep lagging out of xbox live games and parties?

    Please, on a computer, run http://speedtest.net and advise the ping speed as well as the upload speed in Mbps and the download speed; but, I can say that a download speed of
    0.25 Mbps is too slow for reliable Xbox connection. What does your Internet Service Provider promise you for speed up and speed down?

    Internet wont connect to Xbox Live

    Tried unplugging it for a while and plugged it back in with no luck. checked speeds and got .86 for download and .43 for upload speeds so I think internet is just too slow. Hopefully switching to high speed soon
