    Crahes on trying to start level urdnak, i have restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing happens, xbox are not taking cals re this, bethesa say its an xbox one problem.

    3 possibilities:

    1. Overheating: check your fan vents for dust build-up.

    2. Caching issue: perform a hard reset (hold power button down for 10 seconds)

    3. Software issue requiring a patch

    Which version of Xbox One are you running on?

    Hey there kramsay1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening, but let's see if we can help. I suggest
    going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
    in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
    Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

    If that does not do the trick I suggest a
    soft factory reset     of the console (the kind that keeps your games & apps).

    Lastly, if you're still having problems, I suggest trying what we have in our

    Troubleshoot game issues on Xbox One     article online.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
