XBOX ONE DON'T POWER ON

Hi,

I just arrive in washington since september 23, 2016 and my xbox one doesn't power on. Since i travel it works perfectly. I don't knw what to do. The led on the adapter power supply doesn't power on. The xbox one was bought in europe. Does it the matter?
I can't play since three days including the travle days. I miss my xbox. please help me. I have been here for three month!!!

Xbox one s don't start, no power

My Xbox one S dosen't start anymore. No power it seem like a faulty psu. Do i have to send it tru mail for make it fixed or do i have an option to try a hard reset but i really doubt because there is no power that goes into in as nothing spin and no light
?

Hi

Xbox One consoles purchased in europe come supplied with a 220-240v power supply and North America uses the 110v system so if you replace the power supply for your console it should then work.

If you do not want to replace the power supply then the new Xbox One S console supports both 110v and 220v.

As gds1972 advised, the Xbox One console will need a different power supply in the United States vs in Europe. To buy a new one, you can make sure you Xbox Live account address and profile are fully updated then go ahead and use the
Online Service Center to order a 110v power supply.

Well thats alright then. I was sorta hoping there might be some secret solution that I missed, but this might be better anyways.

Edit: Original xbox controller suddenly works again. I don't know if it will last though.

I don’t like to give bad news but you already tried basically everything from your side, as the controllers doesn’t work even with other devices.

The best option now is get the controllers inspected if they’re out of warranty in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used

Ita easy if it's big and black with a huge power brick then it's the original xbox one

If it's white and small then it's the xbox one s

If it's huge and has no power brick.but a computer ac power cord then its an xbox one x

And the hopefully you don't have this one
