    XBOX One does't show my XBOX 360 games in the game library


    I've a dozen of XBOX 360 games purchased on marketplace.xbox.com over the years of gaming, I bought these games under the "Hong Kong" locale of the marketplace for playing on my mighty XBOX 360.

    I just upgraded my loyal XBOX 360 to XBOX ONE in hope of reliving the backward compatible titles. Without hesitation, I chose "Hong Kong" and "English" on the new console, the same to my old one. After a numerous reboots and sign-in and sign-out cycles,
    I still couldn't see my games in the console "My Library". As a desperate move, I changed the locale setting to "The United States" and rebooted, TADAA! all my games were there. I further tested the locale setting, all my games were in place if the locale
    was "UK", "Turkey", and "Canada".

    If not MS has cast some magic to the locale settings of the XBOX ONE or the "Hong Kong" locale option, I should have made mistakes on the console settings.

    Does anyone have this situation on your XBOX ONE and your digital XBOX 360 BC titles? Thanks in advance.

    Games not showing up in full library

    I know whats happened and it stupid. All old gen games from 360 and Original Xbox dont show anymore, and can only be found in store. And any games that you do own, if they are in Games Pass, games with Gold or EA access they dont show in your library only
    the library applicable to them. I had over 100 games in my library before a load of them being 360 titles. But no theyre gone, and some Xbox one games that i own dont show because theyre on the games pass. It waiting for xbox to fix the issue.

    Hi Jeff,

    As I said earlier when I go to Xbox.com and view my library there are no 360 games but the total I own is correct. It only shows the original Xbox and Xbox one games. A few have checked it here also and see same thing.

    library problem

    In order for you to see your 360 games on your "My games and apps" library, you should filter it as there is no tab available for the 360 library but you can filter it to "Xbox 360 games & Xbox Original games".
