    Xbox One doesn´t work


    What should I do, when my quite new Xbox one console doesnt´t start probeply. When I turn it on, there´s xbox one logo on a green background but then the screen turns black and nothing happends after that. Console is probaply connected and I have tried the
    support constructions but that doesn´t help...

    Microsoft, PLEASE just give us (Gold Members) codes for DiRT 3

    I have done everything I can to download it but it just doesn"t work. My gold membership is on my nephew account (he is not 18). And it would not let me download. It ask to buy it on xbox one , but that also doesn"t work. I don"t have a xbox360 .What options
    are their left?

    Xbox One doesn´t work

    This was most likely cased by the latest preview program build not installing right .

    Doing a USB Restore Factory Defaults will fix this issue.

    ps you will lose and have to re download or reinstall any games or apps on your internal HDD

    support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool is a clickable link to the tool. If this is in fact a preview update, you'll also want
    to report the issue via your console or in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). If it's a regular update, you can ignore
    that.

    However, before doing the factory reset, hold down the power button until the console powers down and unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes. Try again, and see if it starts properly. If not, run the factory reset.
