    Xbox one doesn't work with discs.


    So this has been going on for a while, but whenever I try a disc game, the game doesn't work. There is no error message, and I can really find anything on it. I have tried it on another console and it worked just fine, so I know its not the disc. I've tried resetting it and that didn't work, the only other option I've seen was to clear my game storage. I also cant install games I own from the Microsoft store because it doesn't recognize I own them. Has anyone had this issue in the past that knows the solution?

    Hi there! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I've had the same issue before, twice actually, unfortunately one of those times my console CD reader broke, but the second time I fixed it by reseting the console and deleting everything.

    Hi. First of all, make sure you have an Xbox one disc and any Xbox one. Then try and uninstall the game if it is downloaded. If that doesn't work, make sure the disc is clean and doesn't have any scratches.

    It's the opposite for me the Disc Autoplay doesn't work on my fat one but works on both of my xbox one S. I hope they fix this soon.
