XBOX ONE doesnt work out the box

I had same issues, I downloaded fix onto 2G USB drive and did direct install to Xbox, it took hours to complete. Just when I thought it wasn't going to work after an hour with the drive pugged into Xbox, it came alive. Then after another 30 minutes of
setting up information it couldn't get online to register game or upload any others. But I did get on for an hour last night and played one game. But then it locked up and nothing worked. I got up this morning and I can't get my Xbox to do anything but
turn on. Very disappointing.

 

Jùst took the whole thing back to Asda where they would not exchange it like for like as they no longer stock the bundle i brought....after much complaining and getting head office details...i left minus one game.

Can u believe when we got home plugged all the new system in and the power supply was yellow till u plugged in console, then it blinked white and went off...yet another duffer..

Luckily I just took the Power unit back and they allowed me to swap it over with the original id just returned.

Finally have a happy lad playing Xbox

...Sort it out MS stop mass shipping bad product.......

 

I finally got through to this MS nut case company - CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS - MY XBOX IS NEW OUT THE BOX AND THEY WANT ME TO SEND IT AWAY TO GERMANY FOR A REPAIR??!!!! I THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO PACKAGE IT UP IN A STURDY BOX WITH BUBBLE WRAP ARRANGE FOR UPS COLLECTION
AND SHIP IT!!!!!! IT CAN NOT GET WORSE THAN THIS SURELY!!!

 

Same here....Christmas morning....Set everything up.....Had trouble getting on live....then it later worked....Updated console and it doesnt read a single disc. Brand new out the box.....Tried all the reset and leave the power unplugged. Nothing works.....It
must have a bad drive......Very Sad that so many people are experiencing the same problem and what a terrible day to be so disappointed. I bought a brand new one and I want a brand new one. This will turn people away from Microsoft products if this is
not resolved in a proper manner. My son had a 360 and wanted the new one. He is very disappointed and I am too......Got this on black Friday and had no clue that this was a issue. I would have tried it out to make sure it worked if I knew this was a known
problem. Very Sad on Microsoft.
