    Xbox one doesn't work at all


    So recently my Xbox One has been working fine, I just bought Titanfall and have loved it. All of a sudden today there have been multiple stages that the Xbox just randomly stopped working at.

    The first is on start up when the screen goes all black and the small xbox symbol comes up in the middle, often the symbol never comes up and I am left wating on the black screen forever

    Secondly it loads up the home screen (before signing in) and I press sign in and it never loads up the sign in screen.

    The third time is when i do get signed in, I open my messages (or any other app) and nothing loads up and the console completely freezes.

    Lastly, you know how when you move your controller over a specific square on the home screen the box becomes outlined in white? Well pretty much what happens is I sign in and I have no cursor, nothing lights up white and it almost as if my controller completely
    breaks down. And yes i have tried controlling with the Kinect and that doesn't work either.

    It always gets to one of these stages and then breaks down, no specific order, just completely at random. My Xbox One is in a completely open area where nothing blocks the vents. I need help, I can here Titanfall calling my name.

  2. Doesn't work at all now.

    It will not connect to the server at all now. Used to be sporadic disconnects but now it's gone. All of the other games work.

    Xbox Insider Hub App doesn't work at all

    My Xbox Insider App have often shown the error message below when launching the app these days. At first, after I close this window I can launch this app. But this week, the Insider app show this message repeatedly and doesn't work at all.

    I tried power reset, uninstall and re-install the app, change the console region and language, but it won't make any change. How can I fix it?

    Unfortunately, I have just deleted my console information as Preview because I want to switch my console from old to new s console, so I can't access Preview Forum and find related issues.

    This error occurs when I try to report problem with this app, so I can't report detail console information. If any information you need, tell me and I'll check.

    Refresh your cache, push and hold power button for 5-10 seconds, console will turn off, leave off for 30 seconds and turn back on by power button on console.

    unfortunately it doesn't work with all tvs, i have two tvs and one connects with the xbox the other doesn't.

    Either the Xbox app on Windows 10 doesn't detect the Xbox One or when they do see each other, and I'm told everything is working correctly, all I get is a blank screen.

    We understand that you need help with your Head Bangers game that it won't load up even though you already restarted the game couple times.

    I would like to ask few questions that can help with my research here:
    - Is this happening to all the games or specific game only?
    - Are you getting an error message?
    - It will stuck on specific screen when you launch the game?
    - Is your Xbox is connected via WiFi or Wired connection?

    Here are the possible troubleshooting steps:

    1. Power Cycle and Clear Persistent Storage:
    - First, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds until the console shuts off.
    - Unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes.
    - Plug it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    2. Test your network connection make sure you have a good numbers and stable network connection:
    - Go to Xbox Settings
    - Go to General
    - Select Network settings
    - Select Network speed and statistic
    If you can provide me the result of this that will be a great help.

    3. Remove and Re-add your Xbox profile
    - Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    - Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
